When you engage VragaMarine you may share sensitive operational data — including VDR recordings, SMS documents, incident reports, PSC records and crew information. We take the confidentiality of this material seriously and have structured our working practices around protecting it.

What Confidential Data We Handle In the course of our services we may receive and review VDR audio and data recordings, Safety Management System documents, incident and near-miss reports, Port State Control inspection records, crew hours of rest records, and internal company procedures and checklists.

How We Handle It All client data is used exclusively for the purpose of the contracted service. Data is not shared with any third party, used for any other purpose, or retained beyond the engagement without explicit written consent from the client.

Storage & Security Client data is stored securely and accessed only by the Vraga Marine team member handling your engagement. We do not use shared or public cloud storage for sensitive client materials.

Retention Operational and engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 months, after which it is securely deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality Undertaking On request we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to commencing any engagement. Please contact us to arrange this.
